1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Windsor Roofing Pros website, requesting an inspection, or engaging our roofing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of Ontario and Canada. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using this website or our estimation services.

2. Scope of Services & Free Written Estimates
Windsor Roofing Pros provides residential roof replacements, commercial flat roofing installations, leak diagnostic evaluations, storm readiness checks, and maintenance solutions across Windsor and Essex County. All initial inspections result in a complimentary written estimate outlining material specifications, estimated project scope, and transparent pricing. Written quotations remain valid for 30 calendar days from issuance unless otherwise specified in writing.

3. Property Access, Job Site Protocols & Safety
To complete evaluations and roofing installations safely:
• Homeowner Cooperation: The property owner agrees to grant our licensed crew and project estimators reasonable access to the roof perimeter, driveways, and exterior grounds during scheduled working hours.
• Site Safety & Magnetic Sweeps: Our team maintains continuous site cleanliness, utilizing protective tarps for landscaping and rolling magnetic nail sweeps upon project completion.
• Pets & Vehicles: Clients are requested to keep domestic animals indoors and relocate vehicles from driveways adjacent to working roof eaves during active installation hours.
Windsor Roofing Pros operates as a fully licensed roofing contractor in the Province of Ontario. We maintain comprehensive $5,000,000 commercial general liability insurance and ensure full Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) clearance and compliance for all project personnel and crew members.

5. Payment Milestones & Invoicing
Payment terms are clearly itemized on each formal contract agreement. Typically, payment follows standard industry milestones: a material deposit upon project scheduling, followed by final balance upon substantial completion and client walkthrough inspection. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, certified cheques, and electronic funds transfers (EFT).

6. Unforeseen Decking Conditions & Change Orders
During old shingle tear-off, underlying structural wood decking, rafter rot, or hidden moisture intrusion not visible during initial surface evaluation may be discovered. Should repairs to deteriorated plywood decking or fascia be required to meet Ontario Building Code standards, our supervisor will photograph the affected area and present a transparent written change order before proceeding with additional decking work.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, Windsor Roofing Pros shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from pre-existing interior structural moisture, severe acts of nature exceeding manufacturer wind ratings, or unauthorized third-party alterations made to our completed roofing assemblies.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
Notice to Clients & Property Owners: This document reflects the operational and legal standards of Windsor Roofing Pros in Essex County, Ontario. For specific contractual agreements or project estimates, written documentation provided prior to commencement shall prevail.
